6. The PP has not submitted the building plan approved from the concerned authority.
7. The PP has not submitted the proof regarding date of commissioning.
8. The PP is requested to apply for authorization under the Hazardous and Other Wastes (Management & Transboundary Movement) Rules, 2016.
As such, you are requested to remove the above said observations within 03 days so that the application can be processed further. |

The fees has been calculated as per office order dated 29.10.2018 for the period with effect from 1.10.2018 onwards. Only previous year fee has been calculated as per office order applicable that time. Further, it is highlighted that additional fees for 2 years is being paid with current application. Detailed fee calculation sheet is being attached as document 1 for your perusal.
