The application of the industry was scrutinized and found the following in completion:
1. All applicable hazardous waste categories have not been mentioned in the application form.
2. The connected load (proposed) with ETP not mentioned.
3. As per the in-principal approval, the total land measuring 0.9 acres has been granted approval, however as per the application the proposed generation of effluent is 200 KLD, No detail of plantation area has been mentioned along with the application form, nor any agreement has been made for the said purpose with any owner of land nearby.
4. The project report submitted along with the application form is without any signature/attestation of the CA or other competent person.
You are requested to clarify the above so as to proceed further in the matter. |
