It is intimated that no reply has been submitted by the industry of clarifixcation dated 3.6.2024 which was as under:-
While scrutinized the case it has been observed that:- 1. The consent fee deposited by the industry has not been verified, hence the adequacy of consent fee cannot be adjudged. 2. The industry has not submitted the proper rent deed. 3. The industry has not intimated the plantation area to dispose off the treated domestic effluent. Please mark the plantation area on the site map with dimensions. 4. The industry has not filled the details of heating kettles alongwith APCD details in Air consent application form.
