Sir the point wise reply of clarification is as under :-
1. The consent fee deposited by the industry has not been verified, hence the adequacy of consent fee cannot be adjudged.
Clarification:- Sir, we are deposited Rs. 21000/- (Rupees Twenty One Thousand) for water consent fee, Rs. 21000/-(Twenty One Thousand only) as air consent fee and Rs. 1400/- as NOC regularization fee and Rs. 500/- as form fee.
2. The industry has not submitted the proper rent deed.
Clarification:-New rent deed is attached herewith.
3. The industry has not intimated the plantation area to dispose off the treated domestic effluent. Please mark the plantation area on the site map with dimensions.
Clarification:-The industry developed/reserved almost 70 Sq Ft land for plantation and same is marked in map (copy attached)
4. The industry has not filled the details of heating kettles alongwith APCD details in Air consent application form.
Clarification:- Sir, by mistake the heating kettles not filled in the application form.

The machinery which is installed in not a Boiler. It’s a Thermo Pack of thermic fluid. No wood or coal is used while using the machine.
Thermic Fluid consumption in used on alternate days basis in a week and hardly 3-3.5 hours daily.
The burner is run by DIESEL FUEL.
