The application has been scrutinized and observed that:
1) The project proponent has submitted latest CA certificate showing the total value of fixed assets as Rs. 157.50 Cr. However, as per earlier CA certificate the value of total fixed assets was Rs. 155.30 Cr. The project proponent is required to submit details of increased assets as well as NOC regularization fee for the same.
2) The project proponent has submitted compliance of conditions imposed in old consents, however the PP is required to submit compliance of general conditions as well as special conditions imposed in previously granted CTOs vide application no. 22168180 (Water) and 22168945 (Air).
