It is submitted that in compliance to earlier conditions of consents granted to the industry as well as observations of recent visit of the officer of the Board, the industry was visited by Environmental Engineer along with undersigned (AEE) on 25.04.2024 and it was observed that the industry has developed plantation area in various pockets as well as along the boundary wall in compliance to the condition of EC i.e. 33% area under plantation of total premises. But, the industry has not attached layout plan, showing plantation area to check total area under plantation.
During visit, the representative of the industry was advised to submit the layout plan, where the plantation area has been developed with dimension and mark the land under plantation. However, the industry has not submitted any reply. As such, further action on your application could not be taken, so you are again requested to submit proper layout plan of industry with marking plantation as well as land to be developed under plantation with calculation of the area and also mentioning the network pipeline for distribution of treated waste water of the industry within 2 days positively.
