The application of the industry was scrutinized and it is observed as under:
1. The industry has not uploaded CLU/land use classification letter, so as to adjudge the suitability of site.
2. The industry has not uploaded agreement executed with the operator of CETP for lifting of trade effluent.
3. The industry has not uploaded layout plan/building plan approved under the Factories Act, 1948.
4. The industry has mentioned the type of unit as Orange, which does not seem to be in order.
5. The industry has not deposited adequate consent fee under the Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981, (including penalty and NOC regularization fee).
Please clarify regarding above within 02 days.
