The application has been scrutinized and it was observed the industry has submitted CA certificate mentioning the value of gross fixed assets as Rs. 12460 lacs. However, as per the old CA certificate submitted during the previous approved CTO, the value of the fixed assets was 10825 lacs. With the comparison of both the certificates, it has came to notice that the value of building has been increased by around Rs. 19 lacs and value of plant & machinery has been increased by 15 cr.
In view of above, it is requested to clarify following: -
1. Whether, there is increase in the building area. If yes, whether the industry has obtained revised building plan from Director of Factories.
2. Whether, the industry has increased its production capacity. If yes, then the industry has to apply for varied consents with increased production capacity and also mention the steps to control increased pollution load thereafter. If the industry has not increased production capacity/pollution load, then please submit the details of increased machinery along with copies of bills.
3. The industry is also requested to submit the details of land, which is being used for land filling of fly ash generated from the operations of boiler.
Please clarify the above within 3 days. |
