The application submitted by the project proponent has been scrutinized and it was observed that:
1. The project proponent has not submitted any document regarding suitability of site for such type of projects as per Board’s office order no. SEE(HQ-1)/F.244/2011/271 dated 10.10.2011.
2. The project proponent has not submitted layout plan / site plan approved by the Competent Authority.
3. The project proponent has not submitted completion certificate of sewerage treatment plant and the project proponent has proposed that the treated effluent is being discharged onto land for plantation in green area 26,719.3675 sqm (6.6 acre) land. The project proponent has not submitted khasra numbers & aks sajra plan of the area to be developed for plantation purpose.
4. The project proponent has not submitted detail of mechanical composter / vermicomposter pits for the treatment of wet biodegradable waste.
As such, the project proponent is requested to submit the reply to the clarification within 03 days. Until then, the application will be treated as incomplete.
