While Scrutinized the case it has been observed that:- 1. The Land Use Pattern/CLU of the Project area has not been submitted. 2. The total project area is 25.70 Acre, whereas the consent to establish (NOC) has been applied for 24.77 Acre, Please clarify. 3. Complete Registries/letter of consents of total project area has not been submitted with the application. 4. As per MoA there are 4 Directors, but as per NOC application the name of 3 directors have been mentioned and the name of 4th director has been left, please clarify. 5. As per NOC application the discharge of domestic effluent will be 250 KLD, out of which 200 KLD will be re-used back into water body through UF/RO, 50 KLD RO Reject onto land for plantation after STP. But as per feasibility report same has been shown 200 KLD, out of which 160 KLD will be re-used and 40 KLD will be discharged onto land for planation, Pl. clarify. 6. Please submit the copy of STP, Ludhiana office letter No. 1538STP(W) dated 01.11.2023. 7. Please mark the Plantation area to discharge the effluent. You are requested to attend the above said observation and submit your reply within 2 days with required documents. |
