1. The industry had obtained ‘consent to establish'/ (NOC) under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 vide no. CTE/Fresh/LDH1/2023/23731700 dated 04/10/2023 valid upto 29/06/2024 for project cost of Rs. 403.0 Lacs. Now, it has applied 'Consent to Operate' at value of fixed assets as Rs. 1075.34 lacs. Please clarify and submit comparison chart of existing and proposed difference in figures.
2. Please attach PWRDA permission for ground water extraction.
3. The industry had proposed to install ETP of capacity 40 KLD at the time of NOC but it has now attached completion certificate of ETP of capacity 50 KLD. Kindly clarify and also submit revised detailed feasibility report for the treatment and achievement of Zero Liquid Discharge for its trade effluent.
