Respected Sir, it is submitted that the point wise reply to the clarification is as under: 1) The Competent Authority vide STP, Ludhiana office letter No. 1538STP(W) dated 01.11.2023 has approved the layout plan for Industrial Park and in the site report, the area is industrial zone. Copy of the same is enclosed herewith........... 2) The total land area as approved by the Competent Authority is 24.77 acres and rest area is reserved for road widening purpose. Copy of the same is attached for your kind reference........... 3. Complete Registries/letter of consents of total project area has already been uploaded.. 4. Currently there are 3 directors and as per MOA, one of the director was retired and copy of the same is already enclosed in the attachments of docouments. Kindly check.................... 5. the amended feasibility report is enclosed in the application and accordingly the application form has been corrected...................... 6. Copy of STP, Ludhiana office letter No. 1538STP(W) dated 01.11.2023 has already been enclosed in the application............ 7. The Plantation area has already been marked in the approved layout plan................... It is further informed you that earlier, at the time of apply of NOC, these observations has been raised by the concerned RO, but after compliance of these observations, we have again applied for NOC. Kindly check all the documents in the amended application filed in your office and requested to kindly process the application and grant consent to establish (NOC) to our unit please. |
