The application submitted by the industry has been scrutinized and it was observed that:
1. The industry needs to submit the compliance report of the advisory issued by Board on Feb, 2024.
2. The industry has submitted that they have deposited Rs. 600000 vide UTR No. N068242924466137 dated 07.03.2024 & Rs. 2256000/- vide UTR No. ICICR22024042402921526 dated 24.04.2024 and Rs. 631626/- vide UTR No. N066242920480125 dated 06.03.2024 under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & Rs. 2256000/- vide UTR No. ICICR22024042402921525 dated 4.04.2024 under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. However, the industry failed to link the same with online application. The industry needs to link the same with online application.
3. The industry needs to submit compliance report of the conditions of the previous granted consent to operate under the provisions of the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981.
4. The industry needs to submit compliance report of the proceedings of the personal hearing given before the Chairman of the Board on 21.02.2023.
5. Further, the industry is required to clarify the quantities of raw materials and consumption of fresh water viz-a-viz generation of domestic effluent.
It is requested to submit the reply to the clarification within 02 days. Until then, the application will be treated as incomplete. |
