The industry was given hearing before Hon’ble Chairman of the Board on 07.06.2024 and in hearing it was directed as under:
1. The industry shall submit a comprehensive bank guarantee of Rs. 5.0 lac as an assurance to comply with the environmental laws, within 07 days to the Regional Office, Faridkot of the Board................
2. The industry shall apply for obtaining renewal of consents to operate under Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981, within 7 days..............
3. The industry shall operate its ETP and APCD efficiently & regularly so as to ensure to achieve effluent and emission norms of the Board at all times.............
As such the industry is required to submit compliance of the above decisions for further processing of the application.
