The application of the industry for obtaining fresh consents under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 has been scrutinized and following observations were made:
1. The industry has submitted electricity bill showing date of connection as 21.08.2023, which shows that the industry was operated in last paddy season. However, the industry in its application form has mentioned DOC as January, 2024, which is wrong.
2. The industry is required to deposit Penalty, consent fees w.r.t actual date of commissioning.
3. The industry is required to provide dimensional drawing of the septic tanks provided for treatment of waste water.
4. The industry is also required to provide detail of plantation area provided for utilization of treated waste water.
As such you are requested to clarify the aforesaid observations within 02 days, so as to proceed further in the matter. Till then, the application submitted by the industry shall be treated as incomplete.
