While scrutinized the case it has been observed that: -
1. CA certificate submitted by the resort is of dated 16.08.2022. Hence, the resort is required to submit the latest CA Certificate, so that adequacy of consent fee already deposited by the resort may be adjudged.
2. Resort has not submitted the analysis report of treated domestic effluent from the Boards Lab.
3. The previous consent was refused to the resort on10.07.2023 due to various violations mentioned therein, please submit the point-wise compliance of violations mentioned in above said Refusal Letter.
4. Please submit the point wise compliance of the decisions of personal hearing taken by Senior Environmental Engineer, Zonal Office-I, Ludhiana on 15.04.2024.
5. The resort has not submitted the application form fee of Rs. 500/-.
6. Please submit the copy of approved site plan of the Resort from Competent Authority.
