While scrutinized the application it has been observed that the:-
1. The industry has not submitted the following documents:
(a) Dimensional drawing of APCDs installed with Shelling & Drier Section
(b) Completion certificate of APCDs installed with Shelling & Drier Section from the competent Person.
(c) Stack emission analysis report from the Boards Lab.
(d) Consent from fee of Rs. 500/- not deposited.
2. The previous NOC granted to the rice sheller has been expired on 24.05.2024. Hence, the industry is required to deposit NOC extension fee.
3. The consent fee deposited by the rice sheller is for 3 years, if rice sheller wants to obtain the consent for full period, then rice sheller is required to deposit consent Fee @ 10,800/- per annum per application accordingly.
4. The Rice sheller has not submitted the point-wise compliance of Code of Practice prescribed for Rice shellers.
5. The Rice sheller has not intimated the plantation area to discharge the treated domestic effluent.
