It is informed that we have installed our RMC plant on the land taken on lease from M/s Satish Kumar Aggarwal and Company at village Ramgarh, Tehsil, Bholath, Distt. Kapurthala for running of Ready mix Concrete Plant. This land is the part of premises where M/s Satish Kumar Aggarwal And Co. (Hot Mix Plant) Is already in operation which is meeting with the siting guidelines. However fresh certificate from SDM Kpt regarding siting guidelines is already uploaded with online applications. The lease agreement is attached for Date of Comissioning. The plant will be run on DG set.
So kindly issue consents under Water & Air act please. |
