The application of the industry has been scrutinized and observed as under:
1. The industry is required to deposit / linked requisite consent fee to process the application.
2. The industry has earlier submitted project report, while obtaining NOC of the Board, showing value of land area of Rs. 48 lacs. Now, the industry has submitted CA certificate, showing value of land area of Rs. 56.66 lacs, please clarify.
3. The industry was earlier granted NOC from pollution angle for manufacturing of raw rice @ 5 TPH along with sorted rice @ 5 TPH. Now, it has applied for obtaining fresh Consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 & the Air Act, 1981 for manufacturing of raw rice @ 6 TPH along with sorted rice @ 6 TPH, please clarify.
Therefore, it is requested to submit reply to the above said observation within 2 days, so the application may be processed further.
