We would like to bring to your kind attention that the calculations made in the feasibility study follow the NBC, 2016 (Part-9) Section 4.1 guidelines for water supply calculations for non-residential buildings, specifically mercantile buildings. These calculations are based on a density of 1 person per 3 m² for street floor and sales basement areas, and 1 person per 6 m² for upper sales floors. The total population is divided into 10% fixed and 90% floating/visitors. We have used the commercial area specifications from the sanctioned building plans for calculating the same.
Furthermore, the sanctioned plans specify that the project includes showrooms and retail shops. We confirm that we will be dealing solely with these types of commercial spaces and that no restaurants are included in the project.
