The value of total fixed assets of the industry has been increased from 86.40 cr to 86.63 cr. There is addition of approx. 23 lacs in the value of total fixed assets. However, the industry has not submit the detail of additions and NOC regularization fee of Rs. 1800/-. Further, the last CTO under the Air Act, 1981 was granted for 03 no. DG sets of capacity 1000 KVA, 500 KVA and 320 KVA, however, present CTO has been applied for the operation of only 01 no. DG set of capacity 1000 KVA. You are requested to clarify the same along with NOC fee within 02 days positively. |
