1. The Firm has taken the Land & Building on lease to setup ERW Pipe manufacturing unit. We will get building plans approved for ERW Pipe plant at the time of consent to operate.
2. The lease period is for 5 years and total lease amount is Rs 12 Lakh.
3. The total project cost is Rs 62.5 Lakh including amount of lease deed. The remaining items in project report is security deposit and working capital margin which is not part of fixed asset.
4. Authority letter is attached. |
