It is submitted that the application of the industry for obtaining consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 has been scrutinized and it was observed that :-
1. The project proponent has not submitted year wise CA certificate since the industry is in operation. Hence, the adequacy of fee deposited by the industry cannot be adjudged.
2. In the application form the project proponent has mentioned, occupier name Sh. Sahil Kumar Goyal as Proprietor, but in the GST certificate the designation of Sh. Sahil Kumar Goyal mentioned as partner, please clarify.
3. The project proponent has not submitted partnership deed/ proprietor ship deed/ MOA.
4. The project proponent has not submitted any document regarding change of name from M/s Pee Kay Packaging to M/s Maa Banbhori Plastic Products.
As such, you are requested to clarify the same within 2 days so that the case may be processed further. |
