The industry has not submitted compliance report of the previous granted consent to operate under Water Act, 1974. The special conditions are enumerated below: i. The industry will submit detailed scheme for treatment of spent HCl and PERT chart regarding implementation of the same within one month. ii. The industry will implement the suggestions of the water audit report prepared by Central University of Punjab, Bathinda and submit report within 3-months. iii. The industry shall reduce the fresh water consumption and subsequent generation of trade effluent as well as spent HCl by adopting suitable measures. iv. The industry shall start sending spent HCl to M/s Recovery Solutions, Dera Bassi as and when the unit becomes operational and intimate to the Board in this regard. 2. The industry has still submitted the proposal to discharge the trade effluent onto land for plantation as per the application form which is not in order to the previous conditions imposed while granting CTO by the Board.
