While scrutinized the case it has been observed that:-
1. The Fixed assets of the industry has been increased from Rs. 333.47 Lacs (with cost of Plant & Machinery Rs. 182.09 Lacs) as on 20.01.2021 to Rs. 657.82 (with cost of Plant & Machinery Rs. 482.74 Lacs) on 31.03.2024 without obtaining NOC of the Board.
2. The consent fee deposited by the industry is only adequate upto 19.02.2025. If, industry wants to obtain the consent to operate for full period, then the industry is required to deposit the balance consent fee accordingly @ 10,800/- P.A.
3. The industry has submitted the compliance report of previous consent conditions.
