The application submitted by the industry has been scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The industry has applied for varied consent to operate under the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 as the industry has increased its production capacity. However, the fresh water requirement and wastewater generation filed in the application form are same as per earlier consents granted by the Board.
2. The industry has not submitted CA certificate. The industry needs to submit CA certificate mentioning in three format i.e. land & building, plant & machinery and other fixed assets.
3. The industry has not submitted revised building plan approved under Factories Act, 1948.
4. The industry has not submitted air emission analysis report of the stack of the powder coating booth as per special conditions of the earlier granted consent to operate of the Board.
5. The industry has not submitted any detail whether there is any addition of land or not as the production capacity increased. If any addition of land, the industry needs to submit change of land use of additional land.
6. The industry has not submitted any detail regarding disposal of e-waste generated during production.
It is requested to submit the reply to the clarification within 02 days. Until then, the application will be treated as incomplete. |
