The industry was requested telephonically to submit below mentioned requisite documents, but it has not submitted the same till date. Therefore, clarification is hereby raised to submit the requisite documents within 2 days, so the application may be processed further:
1. All Red/Orange/Green/white category of industries, which are to be established in the areas/Zone other than designated/approved areas such as Industrial Area/Industrial Estate/Industrial Focal Point/Approved Industrial Park/Industrial Zone of the statutory/nonstatutory Master Plans, will be allowed to set up at a distance of 100m outside the Municipal Council limits/phirni of village/designated residential area/residential area comprising of 15 pucca houses by the Competent Authority of the State. In such cases, certificate of its location/situation from the nearest village lal lakir/phirni/MC limits from the Revenue Authorities such as Deputy Commissioner/ Additional Deputy Commissioner or the SubDivisional Magistrate will be required for grant of CTE(NOC)/authorisation by the Board.
2. The industry has not submitted date of commissioning proof.
3. The industry has not submitted feasibility report regarding treated / disposal of trade / domestic effluent generated from the project.
4. The industry has not submitted process chart.
5. The industry has not submitted clear copy approved building plan.
6. The industry has not applied for authorization under the Hazardous and Other Wastes (Management and Transboundary Movement) Rules, 2016.

While processing the application of the industry in the year 2016, the industry is required to deposit Rs 59,600/- as consent to operate fee for a period upto 30.09.2020. However the industry had only deposited Rs 9000 as consent to operate fee at that time.
Now the industry has deposited Rs 10800 as consent to operate fee. The total fee deposited by the industry under each Act is 19,800/-.
The consent to operate fee of the industry for a period upto 30.06.2025 is Rs 59,600 – Rs 19800 + Rs 25200 (700 % penalty fee for failure to apply in 6-7 year w.e.f 01.11.2018) + Rs 17,100 (balance fee for 30.09.2020 to 30.06.2025). The balance fee coming out is 82,100 under each Act . The industry is required to deposit Rs 82,100 under each Act.
The industry is required to attach fixed assets certificate without depreciation as on 31.03.2024, as the industry has attached same as on 31.03.2023.
