The application of the HCF was scrutinized and found incomplete due to the observations made as under:
1. The details of water consumption, wastewater generation is not same as mentioned in the feasibility report. Further, wastewater for treatment is mentioned as nil.
2. The trade effluent / chemical liquid waste is mentioned as Nil.
3. Following documents / copies are not submitted:
a. Authenticated proof of date of commissioning for calculation of consent fees.
b. Latest CA certificate.
c. Complete authenticated documents for record file.
You are therefore, requested to clarify the above said observations within 02 days. Till then your application shall be treated as incomplete.
