The application and record of the industry was scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The value of project as mentioned in the application form does not match with the detail of CA certificate uploaded online. The pp is required to get the same amended in application form.
2. The industry has not uploaded compliance report of conditions of CTE granted by the Board.
3. CTE granted to the industry had expired on 27.05.2022. thus, the industry is required to deposit corresponding CTE fee/ penalty. Further, the fee is not adequate as per submitted CA certificate.
4. The industry has mentioned in the application form that date of commission of the unit is July 2021. As such, the industry has not deposited corresponding penalty and adequate CTO fee since the date of commissioning.
5. The industry has not submitted completion certificate/ dimensional drawings of the APCDs to be installed with the proposed boiler.
6. The industry has not submitted a copy of building plans approved under the Factories Act, 1948.
