With reference to the show cause notice number 388/-82 dated 5 July 2024, issued by your office, we hereby submit our reply as follows:
We would like to clarify that the entire machinery as listed in the Consent to Establish (CTE) granted to us was installed prior to applying for the Consent to Operate (CTO) for Air/Water.
During the inspection conducted by your officer, all machinery mentioned in the CTE was found be in place.
We request you to kindly consider our response and grant us consent. We remain committed to complying with all environmental regulations.
