SUBJECT: Compliance of the proceeding of personal hearing on Dt. 09.05.2024 before Chief Environmental Engineer.
Respected sir,
During the hearing objections were raised that the industry has not applied Environmental Clearance. In the last hearing the industry has given 15 days to apply the Environmental clearance and submit the proof and other documents. We have applied our application on the Parivash portal. Our application and fee were submitted on 16.04.2024 (a copy of the application is attached herewith). Our submissions are as under :-
• We/industry undertake that our APCD work properly and efficiently to achieve the board's prescribed standard.
• We are maintaining the record regarding the regular operation of our APCD. A copy of the dust record is attached.
• We are maintaining a record of hazardous waste generated from our APCD. A copy of the dust record is attached.
• We have applied the Common Application Form on the Invest Punjab Portal vide PIN no. 240590680 for applying our fresh consents.
You are requested to accept our submission and do the needful. We/Industry shall be highly grateful to you for the same.
