The application of the industry has been scrutinized and it was observed as under. 1. The industry is required to apply under the new categorization as per the CPCB vide letter no. CP-18/1/2023-IPC-VI-HO-CPCB-HO dated 12.02.2025 2. Earlier, the industry has submitted the brief project report at the time of NOC granted and has proposed that the total cost of the project as Rs. 489.45 lakhs whereas, now the industry has submitted the CA certificate wherein the value of fixed assets of the industry as on 27.03.2026 is of Rs. 256.59 lakhs. The industry has not submitted the any details/reason regarding the decrease in the fixed assets. 3. The industry is required to edit the total cost of the industry/project in the application form. 4. The industry has not submitted the compliance report of the previous NOC granted by the Board. As such the application cannot be processed and is required to be returned with the request to apply under the new category and removing above said observations.
