The case was scrutinized and following in-completions were observed:
1. Industry has not deposited NOC expansion fees.
2. In the application form the industry has filled quantity of the product Raw Rice @ 6 TPH & paddy @ 8 TPH as a raw material. However in the previous application the project proponent has filled the quantity of the product Raw Rice @ 5.4 TPH & paddy @ 8 TPH as a raw material. The quantity of raw material is same which has not been changed. Please clarify the same.
