Sir, the application of the industry was scrutinized and following incompletions have been observed:-
1. The site falls under approved Master Plan, Ludhiana (2007-31) and thus, the project proponent is required to submit area classification report from the concerned department.
2. As per approved layout plan submitted by the project proponent, there is no reserved area for plantation and thus, the only possible mode of discharge is into MCL sewer, the project proponent is required to submit necessary approval from Municipal Corporation, Ludhiana to discharged treated water into sewer.
3. The project proponent has not submitted any proposal for treatment of effluent to be generated from its premises.
4. The project proponent has not submitted any proposal for treatment/management of biodegradable municipal solid waste to be generated from its premises.
5. As per land revenue documents submitted by project proponent, total plot area is 5059.3 sqr yard i.e. 45533.7 sqr ft, however as per letter of building plan, plot size is 67949.37 sqr. ft. The project proponent is required to submit registries for 67949.37 sqr. ft area. Also the project proponent is required to submit proper site plan, location plan and jamabandi of total site area.
6. The copy of approved plan submitted by the project proponent is not complete as total built up area is not mentioned on approved plan. The project proponent is required to submit complete approved plan clearly showing built up area (including basement).
It is required to submit above said documents/details within 07 days positively.
