The application of the industry has scrutinized and it is observed as under:-
1. The industry is required to submit completion certificate of ZLD alongwith dimensional drawing of it components, water balancing chart and detail of ZLD system.
2. The industry is required to submit techno-feasibility report of ZLD.
3. The industry is required to submit details of the increase assets from 2022 to 2024, whether, there is any change in capacity of production .
4. The industry has mentioned plastic bags in its production details in application form, please clarify the nature of bags.
5. Clarify the nature and source of waste plastic.
6. Status of disconnection of your sewer connection.
7. The industry is required to submit compliance of directions u/s 33-A of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 as amended in 1988 was issued to it vide Board endst. letter no. 924 dated 09.02.2024.
