It is observed that the company has submitted the application for renewal of consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 as a Large category unit, however, as per the CA certificate certificated dated 25.05.2016 it is observed that the industry has total gross capital investment below 5 crores, as such, falls under the small category. Kindly clarify as to whether the company has obtained small scale unit certificate from competent authority or not so that the application can be processed accordingly. |
