The reply submitted earlier is not appropriate as per clarification raised so you are again requested to submit appropriate reply within 03 days regarding that earlier, the NOC was issued to the restaurant on 24/08/2012 and the project cost for the same was 1,34,92,900/-. Now the case has been processed for grant of extension of said NOC and the total project cost has been reported to be 22.23 crores. Thus there is huge addition in project cost i.e. more than 20 crores, It is not clarified that on what account the cost of project has been increased i.e. whether land, building or machinery etc. In case there is addition of land or building or machinery etc. then the project proponent is required to obtain revised NOC and to submit revised feasibility report on pollution control arrangements accordingly. |
