The application of the industry is scrutinized and observed as under :
1) Earlier, the industry is storage depot for HSD, SKO & M.S. Now, it has submitted the storage of HSD, SKO & M.S in addition to Ethanol and Class-c products in its premises. The industry needs to clarify the observation and submit details of no. of storage tanks provided for storage of each product.
2) Earlier, the industry was granted consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 for discharge trade effluent @0.3 KLD and domestic effluent @0.35 KLD. Now it has applied for discharge of domestic effluent @2.0 KLD only. The industry needs to clarify the observation.
3) The fixed assets of the industry has been increased by 21.24 Cr. and the industry needs to deposit Rs. 41,000/- as NOC regularization fee.
You are requested to clarify the above said observations within 5 days, so that the application can be processed further.
