Earlier, the application of the promoter company was scrutinized and examined and it was observed as under:
1. The applicant has wrongly applied under the orange category however the project if attracts the EIA notification dated 14.09.2006 covers under the red category. Therefore, the applicant has to apply for registration under the red category.
2. The applicant has mentioned 0.0 in the fee column and has not been able to generate the online challan verifying the amount of the fee deposited by it.
3. The total built up area has been mentioned as 375255 square meter which seems to be on higher side. The applicant is requested to submit the approved layout plan certifying the same.
4. The applicant is requested to submit the water balance for all the three seasons.
5. The applicant is requested to look into the figure shown in the application form pertaining to water consumption, wastewater generation and treatment as the same appears incorrect and faulty.
6. The applicant is requested to submit the compliance of the conditions of the environmental clearance already granted to him as claimed in the application form.
Now, the applicant has again applied for obtaining consent to establish under the provisions of Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981, however, has not submitted proper reply of the following observations:
1. The applicant is unable to generate online challan submitted through RTGSUTIBH163340011662 on dated 29.11.2016 of Rs. 470500/- and uploaded Scanned Copy of Axis Bank DD No. 05871 dated 25.11.2016.
2. The applicant has mentioned in the reply that the compliance of the environmental clearance under EIA notification dated 14.09.2006 shall be submitted shortly. The applicant is again requested to submit the compliance of the conditions of construction phase if the project is under construction immediately so as to enable this office to proceed further in the matter.
3. The applicant has submitted water balance wherein the consumption per person in liter/capita demand has been taken as 100, however, the applicant is required to take consumption per person in liter/capita demand as 150 and shall carry out the calculation as per the same for all the seasons. The applicant is thus required to amend the application form pertaining to the consumption of fresh water for domestic purpose.
4. The applicant is required to submit permission from CGWA for abstraction of ground water as mentioned in the application form.
5. The applicant is required to submit permission from Airports Authority of India for construction of the building.
6. The applicant is required to mention the details with regard to management and disposal of Municipal Solid Waste generated from the housing project as per Municipal Solid Waste Management & Handling Rules, 2016.
