The application of the industry was scrutinized and it was found as under:-
1. The industry need to deposit the consent to establish fees of Rs. 7000/- as the project cost falls between 1-2 crore slab.
2. The industry need to submit the site plan showing location of APCDs to be installed with shelling & drier section in an area of 4K-15 M towards 3 karma rasta alongwith an affidavit in original to install pollution control devices at a distance of more than 500 meters from the boundary wall of Central Jail.
In view of above, you are hereby requested to attend the above mentioned observations within 2 days to further process the application. |
