While scrutinized the case it has observed that:-
(1) As per consent application form brick kiln is manufacturing Bricks and tiles @ 40000 Numbers each per day. whereas, in column No. 1 of part D the capacity of brick kiln has been mentioned as 9.5 MT/Day , Please Clarify.
(2) The quantity of raw material seems not to be correct and required to be rechecked.
(3) The brick kiln has not submitted the copy of lease deed.
(4) The compliance report of the previous consent condition is incomplete and serve no purpose as only agreed has been written in front of each condition. Hence the brick kiln is required to submit the compliance report in annotated form with compliance status.
(5) The brick kiln has not submitted the compliance of this office letter No. 3352 dated 06.09.2017 and 5138 dated 20.12.2017.
(6) The Brick kiln has not submitted the hard copy of the application and consent fee.
