Ref: This office previous letter issued through OCMMS.
It is intimated that earlier the industry was issued Show Cause Notice for refusal of Consent to Operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act 1974 with opportunity of Personal Hearing before Worthy Chief Environmental Engineer was fixed for 14.09.2018. But the hearing was postponed due to administrative reasons.
Now, the Competent Authority has decided to afford another opportunity as such, some responsible person from the industry should appear before the Worthy Chief Environmental Engineer, Punjab Pollution Control Board, Chief Office, E-648-B, 1st Floor, Phase-V, Focal Point, Ludhiana on 28.09.2018 at 11.30 a.m.
This issued with the approval of Competent authority.
