It is submitted that we have installed a proper and adequate effluent treatment plant Water Pollution Control Device and applied for consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 through OCMMS. The hotel was visited by AEE of Regional office on 23.05.2018, the effluent treatment plant Water was under routine maintenance on that day and the sample were collected. The maintenance work of the effluent treatment plant Water was completed during the same day.
It is further submitted that we are not violating the various provisions under the Water Act (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and assure your goodself that in future concentration of various pollutants will conforms to the effluent standards prescribed by the Board. It is requested grant consent to operate' of the Board u/s 25/26 of Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act 1974.
