It is submitted that earlier the industry has applied for obtaining consent to establish (NOC) from pollution angle under the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 and the same was scrutinized and it was observed that the industry has submitted the letter from District Town Planner, wherein it has been clearly mentioned that the proposed site is not appropriate for establishment of RMC plant. Accordingly, the application of the industry was returned.
Now, the industry has again applied for obtaining consent to establish (NOC) from pollution angle under the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 and the same has been scrutinized and it was observed that the industry has submitted revised letter issued by District Town Planner, however; in the letter, it has been mentioned that the applicant has not disclosed any detail regarding utilization of the above land. Further, the industry has submitted revised letter issued by District Town Planner for the same Khasra Numbers for which, District Town Planner has informed that the proposed site is not appropriate for establishment of RMC plant. As such, it is requested to submit the reply to the clarification within 01 day. Until then, the application will be treated as incomplete.
