While scrutinizing the application, it was observed as under:-
1. The project proponent has submitted electricity bill as the proof of date of commissioning, which was not duly attested by the PSPCL authorities. Therefore, the project proponent is required to submit electricity bill duly attested by the PSPCL authorities.
2. The project proponent has not submitted details w.r.t disposal of solid waste.
3. The project proponent has neither submitted any proposal w.r.t pre-treatment facility for the effluent generated from its premises nor its disposal of treated effluent. Whether, discharged onto land for plantation, then, the area of plantation and its adequacy?
4. The project proponent has not submitted undertaking regarding prohibition of single use plastic items.
5. The project proponent has not submitted authority letter.
