The application of the HCF was scrutinized and was observed as under:- 1. The HCF is required to install an ETP-cum-STP as per the Board office order no. 100 dated 10.03.2023. However, the HCF has not submitted any details of the ETP-cum-STP in the application form. You are requested to submit the details of the same, including feasibility report, completion certificate from a competent person. 2. The HCF has not submitted approved building plan from the competent authority. 3. The HCF has not submitted permission from the municipal council for the disposal of domestic sewer. 4. The HCF has not submitted adequate fees for the CTO application.4. The HCF has not submitted valid agreement with the CBWTF.
You are requested to provide the above clarification within the stipulated time.
