31023178 false true The application of the project proponent has been scrutinized and it was observed as under: 1. The project proponent has not clarified the reason for submitting two applications after against a continuous land. However, the different permissions from different departments have been obtained as a single entity. 2. The project proponent in its feasibility report as well in the application form is required to clarify the proposed seating capacity of the proposed 05 no. restaurants in the premises, so as to enable this office to calculate maximum population vice versa maximum population and water requirements agsint the same. 3. The project proponent is required to submit approved layout plans of the proposed project from the competent Authority clearly showing the proposed no.of shops/restaurants etc and total achievable built-up area of the components as per the maximum FAR allowable for various components as per the Department of Housing and Urban Development notification no. G.S.R. 144/P.A.11/1995/Ss.180 and 43/2021 dated 31.08.2021. 4. The project proponent is required to clearly earmark the green area available with the project as proposed in the feasibility report, so as to utilize the treated waste water. 5. Further, the promoter company has not proposed to provide dual plumbing arrangement for re-use of the treated STP effluent for flushing purpose in congruence to the Board’s order no. 315 dated 05/07/2018. The promoter company is required to submit revised proposal accordingly. 6. The permission regarding sewer connection requires to comments whether sewer line is presently available to the proposed area, if yes, then whether the terminal STP is operational and its capacity to take the hydraulic load of the proposed project. 7. 8. Moreover, the promoter is also required to submit distance certificate from Tehsildar regarding distance from air polluting industry and no rice sheller/ brick kiln/ hot mix plant/ cement grinding unit/ stone crusher within 100 mtr from the periphery of the commercial colony and from nearby MAH UNIT. As such you are requested to clarify the aforesaid observations within 02 days, so as to proceed further in the matter.
