In reference to your clarification, we would like to inform you that earlier our unit was falling under the Medium Scale, Green Category, classified as Green/3999 – Miscellaneous (Green). At that time, no boiler was installed in our unit.......................................
However, due to an increase in the value of assets, our unit now falls under the Large Scale category. Further, as per the revised categorization issued by the Punjab Pollution Control Board, the category of our unit has changed from Green/3999 – Miscellaneous (Green) to Green/178.3 – Garment and apparel manufacturing industry including Doubling/Reeling/TFO (Two-for-One) unit (dry process) – with boiler......................................
Accordingly, we selected the applicable category and applied for Consent to Operate (Water & Air). Since our unit now falls under the Large Scale category, obtaining Consent to Operate for Water and Air is mandatory, and therefore the same has been applied for......................
Reference to your Clarification No. 2, we are hereby submitting the list of machinery installed at our unit, details of which are as under:
• Knitting Machines – 90 Nos.
• Tubular Machines – 4 Nos.
• Brushing Machine (24 Rolls) – 1 No.
• Polisher – 3 Nos.
• Poly Cutting Machine – 3 Nos.
• Shearing Cutting Machine – 1 No.
• Raising Machines – 2 Nos.
• Reversing Machine – 1 No.
Further, we are also submitting the new site plan and location plan, duly stamped and approved by the Authorized Person from the Department of Factories.
