Respected sir, the point wise reply to the observations is given below:
Observations: 1. Permission from MC regarding discharge of treated effluent of HCF into MC sewer and proof of sewer connection leading to terminal STP.
REPLY: It is informed that the sewerage bills is attached as a proof regarding discharge of treated effluent into MC sewer.
Observations: 2. Building plan submitted by the HCF is not readable. Also, the signed authority of the building plan is also not readable.
REPLY: It is submitted that the approval letter as well as layout plan approved by MC is attached. Further, the MC has approved the layout plan as per letter issued by them.
It is requested to grant us permission of the Punjab Pollution Control Board, please.
