The application was scrutinized and it was observed that:-
1) A clarification was raised previously on the application that the project proponent has mentioned commissioning date in application from is Jan 2025 and submit rent agreement as proof of date of commissioning in which date of agreement is 13.02.2026. Further, the project proponent has submitted agreement executed with CETP, the same was executed on 22.05.2022 and the date mentioned in the GST certificate is 10.03.2022. However, the reply submitted by the PP along with other docs is not satisfactory and does not cover the above aspect. This needs to be clarified by the PP so that the exact date of commissioning of the unit can be ascertained.
2) The project proponent has not mentioned the Land & building cost in the CA certificate.
3) The project proponent has not submitted NOC regularization fee, penalty fee and the adequacy of the fees cannot be adjudged until the PP submits authentic and correct date of commissioning of its unit.
The project proponent is requested to clarify the same within 2 days so that the application may be processed further. |
